About

Gary L. Rebholz

Hi, I’m Gary.

Welcome! I’m Gary Rebholz. On this site, I’m happy to share what I know about the guitar with you so that you can become the guitar player you want to be.

I’m particularly interested in helping those who have always wanted– but have never managed–to learn how to play the instrument they love. Those who have tried to learn without success and those who have put it off for far too long. If that’s you, then I hope you’ll find this site helpful. There’s a lot of information here!

I understand, I really do. I’ve been playing for many years. For most of those years I just didn’t seem to improve. To learn new things and achieve the level I longed to be at. My frustration was just a different level of the same thing you might be feeling.

It might seem impossible for you to learn guitar, but it’s not

But my own struggle has helped me to understand the frustration of not making progress. And I understand for many of you, that means never getting started. Or starting, but sputtering and never getting anywhere.

More importantly, that struggle–and the personal success I’ve had as a result of it–has helped me understand how to help you learn to play guitar. So now let’s face the struggle together.

You definitely can succeed at playing the guitar. You just need to get started and to have some help along the way.

Where do we begin?

That’s always the most difficult question to answer. And not having an answer can stop you in your tracks. So let me give you some suggestions.
